Tras considerar arquitectos de todo el mundo, Gentyng Malaysia Berhard decisio escoger una firma de Miami para disenar el projecto de uso mixto de $3,000 millones de dolares denominado Resorts World Miami.

 

El presidente y ejecutivo principal de Genting Group KT Lim anuncio la contratacion de Arquitectonica, empresa de Florida de renombre internacional para crear el plan maestro frente a mas 200 lideres empresariales y civicos en el Centro Adrienne Arsht de Artes Escenicas de Miami.

 

Genting, radicada en Malasia y la tercera compania de casinos mas importante del Asia, intenta integrarse con rapidez en la comunidad de Miami apenas algunas semanas despues de pagar $236 millones por los 13.9 acres de terrenos con vista a la bahia ocupados por The Miami Herald y que fueran anteriormente propiedad de su compania madre, McClatchy Co.

 

"Yo creo que Miami esta destinada a convertirse en una de las mayores ciudades del mundo," dijo Lim.  Genting- parte de The Genting Group, valorado en $45,000 millones-planea acelerar lo mas posible la construccion de su centro turistico de lujo en Miami.

Actor y director Arisco, con la asistencia de la Coreografa Barbara Flaten and Director Musical David Nagy, han hecho una fantasia conjuntamente el elenco de Hairspray veteranos como Joline Mujica, a Miami-native and University of Miami Alumni, as heroine Tracy Turnblad, and Matthew Ragas as heartthrob Link Larkin. Ragas was part of the National Tour and Mujica starred in two other regional productions of the show. Hairspray's star-studded cast also features Miami-native Ronald Duncan returning home to play Seaweed, Avi Hoffman as Arisco's husband Wilbur Turnblad, Avery Sommers as Motor Mouth Maybelle, Kim Cozort as Velma von Tussle, Julie Kleiner as Penny Pingleton, Celia Merendi as Amber von Tussle, and Christopher A. 'Aftershock' Author Wiedemer: Markets Poised for Meltdown Like 2008....Otra caida economica (inflacion)

El autor del libro mas vendido "Aftershock" el economista y consejero financiero Robert Wiedemer, nos dice que tendremos otra caida en la economia en un futuro cercano.  Lea todo este articulo a continuacion y sepa que hacer para protegerse:

"I do think we'll have another meltdown,” he tells Yahoo. “I think the trigger will be higher inflation. The lack of printed money short-term is going to turn the stock market down within a year.”

At that point the Federal Reserve will go on another money-printing binge, Wiedemer says. “And that’s going to run out like the sugar high we had before. That’s going to kick off a downward spiral in the stock market,” he predicts.

Given the present dangerous environment in financial markets, Wiedemer recommends holding dividend stocks, gold, bonds, inverse ETFs, agricultural commodities and some foreign currency.

“Within two to four years the meltdown will begin,” says Wiedemer, managing director of Absolute Investment Manager.

And the carnage could be worse than 2008, Wiedemer says. He sees major stock market indices dropping "quite a bit" below their March 2009 lows.

Some other experts see a plunge in stocks coming too. Bob Janjuah, a fixed income analyst for Nomura Securities, says the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index may fall to 700 next year, down 40 percent from current levels.
